Let us Enjoy the Moves of Self-defense

When we regularly move our body stretching the muscles and understanding the consequential pains, our dynamism and resistance to stress improves.

This happens when we are exercising which is necessary everyday for good health and freshness of feelings. Scientifically, it would make us more tougher against sickness or diseases. However, it is more of strong willpower, discipline, and concentration involved in the scenario, or else, these moves can be tiring and leading into a call to laziness.

But enjoying what we are doing can be a way to persevere in this health-friendly physical activities.

Consider a basketball game wherein the players enjoy moving in the said game they like most resulting to their endurance just to win - muscle pains seem not felt as game continues. It goes with the saying "NO PAIN, NO GAIN". Hence, enjoyment to what we are doing then, though in pain, can make each of us develop good physique. The most important is we enjoy.

This is so applicable in martial arts which are basically systems of combat and self-defense. The training is strenuous that requires balance moves, persistence, diligence, discipline, and self-control. But enjoying it as an exercise is practically healthful. Moreover, the movements would put life into safety as there is the important essence of self-defense.

In involving in self-defense or martial arts, we don't just enjoy while bearing the pains of the moves, but we also give protection to own self and others. Indeed, movements in Martial Arts are very useful and practical in the present lifestyle.
